I am so grateful to Chen associates. My EB1A I-140 was approved in 9 days through premium processing. They have an excellent, hassle free portal for uploading the documents and for communicating with their Attorneys. The entire process of preparing the petition went very smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service I experienced from working with Chen Immigration. Their online case management platform is top-tier, and made the process of gathering and sharing documents incredibly intuitive and easy to follow. The quality and attention to detail that was put into the petition letter itself was mind-blowing, and absolutely exceeded any possible expectation I could have had. Their office was extremely responsive to any requests or questions I had throughout the process, in all instances replying back within 24 hours on working days. Working with Chen Immigration, I managed to get my EB2-NIW approved in only 67 days, with no RFE or Premium Processing needed! I cannot recommend Chen Immigration enough to anyone seeking this path.
