My EB1A I-140 with premium processing got approved after almost 3 months with one RFE from Nebraska Service Center. My initial application with Chen Immigration had 6 recommendation letters, 7 published papers, 1 book chapter and many conference proceedings with a total of 187 citations. I am the first author of 6 of my papers and book chapter. I had independently reviewed 24 articles in premier journals. Within 4 days of my initial submission I received RFE and Chen Attorneys (Cindy. A and her team) helped me to prepare a very very strong RFE response. The RFE dossier we together prepared, emphasized primarily the use of my research work in others by collecting recommendation/testimonial letters from independent researchers who used them or cited my work more than 10 times. All together, the whole group (attorney, reader, writer) worked with me relentlessly (almost side by side) in a period of 2 months (very tight RFE deadline with multiple holidays in the month of Nov and Dec) with a very focused plan. Their utmost diligence and attention to minute detail ultimately resulted in a very successful RFE response and an approved I-140.
