I really want to thank Chen Immigration & Attorneys Group for their help with the preparation of my EB1A case. They did a great job in this whole process. First of all, they are very responsive to my questions and stick to the timeline they promised. Whenever I left them a message, I can always get a response within 24 hours during the weekdays. They completed the drafting of reference letters and petition letter within 10 business days respectively without any delay, just as they promised. Secondly, they provided very helpful and concrete template as well as the most relevant example to my case to collect the necessary information regarding my research experience. As far as I know, this is not a service that every law group is able to provide. According to some of my friends, some attorneys just give their clients a 1-page synopsis with several bullet points, which makes it very hard for the clients to start with. In comparison, the template provided by Chen Group was so concrete that writing the summary of my contributions is as easy as filling the blanks for me. Thirdly, after receiving my summary of contributions, the Chen Group take all the responsibilities to draft all the documents. Whenever there is something that needs to be modified, the Chen Group always takes an active role in revising and editing the documents until I am satisfied instead of asking me to revise again and again until they are satisfied. This is the most pleasant experience I have with Chen Group, because this suggests they work diligently and try their best to save the time and trouble for their clients. I think the most important tool that they provided me was the template to which I was supposed to stick to while describing my research. Until recently I was quite nervous because of the spike in RFEs at the NSC, especially under premium processing. I stuck to the regular processing, and and I was pleasantly surprised that my case was approved relatively faster than most other profiles I could track on www.trackitt.com. In addition to an element of luck, I owe this largely to the strong case that Chen Immigration have built around my profile. - Before signing up with Chen, I was also considering another lawyer who was in the same time zone as me and also specialized (and popular) for preparing EB1/NIW cases. But, I later realized the advantages of picking Chen. Their meticulous case preparation, timely responses, and quality of document preparation was remarkable.
- Their army of lawyers and the high volume of cases handled give them the advantage of a large data repository which is invaluable for responding to RFE/NOID as they can estimate the behavior of each USCIS officer.
- They even were generous enough to open my case and share the steps of case preparation even before my payment was received my them so as to not waste any time waiting.
- The quality of LORs and PL were so good that I only had to make very minor revisions. But be prepared for it to take a month in total.
- They provided documents verifying journal and article rankings, which are very useful and important.
- We chose to use their free I-485 DIY packet which makes it straightforward to prepare the I-485 package, but I did wish they offered an hour or two of free consultation time as well, which I hear is usually the case with other lawyers. That's the amount of time most people would need to handle any and all questions they may have regarding their specific cases.

I am a post-doc in neuroscience field (originally from India). I retained Chen attorneys in Feb 2017, filed my EB-1A petition on June 19th, 2017 (premium processing), and the petition was approved on June 30th (only 11 days!).
Victoria Chen and her team are extremely professional, very quick to reply, and great with getting documents back to you in time. Their recommendation letters were rock-solid, and petition letter was fantastic. They take a lot of effort tailoring each letter to better fit specific clients and even referees. You will never see two letters that look the same.
