Chen & Associates did it again!!!
My I-140 application was submitted and approved in less than two months. The firm made it sure by their extensive research, attention to the smallest detail possible and tons of supporting documents.
The application procedure was time taking but they wanted to make sure that my case was well supported and strong enough. They are very fast, responsive, professional and open to any number of questions.
Some may think that it does not make a difference which law firm they choose to prepare their case for Green Card Application but I would say choose carefully. Chen & Associates have a very strong and well qualified team and they take all the cases very seriously as I have seen in my case. Also, their approval and refund policy speaks volumes of their confidence in screening the applications and I am glad that I went their way. They are simply the best!!!
I would and have recommended Chen & Associates very strongly to my friends and peers who want to file their GC application and get positive results.
I have decided that my I-485 application will also be dealt by them as there is no faster and more professional way to do so.

Very satisfied with the expertise of Victoria Chen and her team. They ask for more to make your case stronger and best is to try to get to their highest expectation.
As for specific customer needs, it is always to good to express it to them and make sure there is a good follow up. Their time of response is commendable

I am writing after my case (EB1A Premium processing) got approved without any problems. North America Immigration Law Group did a wonderful job in preparing my petition and they are very punctual. The most striking thing is that, at the time of application I was unemployed and my I-140 got approved in 13 days without RFE. They are well organized and answered all my questions in less than 24 hours. I have already recommended North America Immigration Law Group to my friend’s and would definitely recommend to everyone.

I received my approval only 14 days after submitting my application to USCIS. They are very professional in EB1-A green card application; besides their attorney fee is much cheaper than other attorneys in US.
