The Chen Immigration Group is THE firm to turn to if you have a PhD, have done a Postdoc and have a strong scientific record. I had contacted two big-name immigration law firms before and they both were not keen on EB-1 petition (20+ papers, 500+ citations, 10+ media reports). I think the reason is that the other firms are not very familiar with people like us, and our background and our achievements.
Chen group knew exactly how prestigious each journal is, what (first and co) authorship means, how much each paper adds and so on. I am also glad I did not have to get 10-12 reference letters as other firms requested.
Overall, I rate them very highly. In short, Chen group is meticulous, diligent, knowledgeable and responsive. I would absolutely recommend them (and already have) to friends and family.

Thanks to all attorneys at Chen Immigration Group!
When I started contacting different groups for NIW, they all said it is possible but non of them gave honest opinion and advise except Chen. Chen people advised me to change my carrier to what it was before and helped me to succeed with my NIW case. Highly recommended.

The fact I like most about the Chen Immigration and Attorneys is their communication systems and responses. Throughout the whole application process until approval, I had lots of questions in different phases regarding case file preparation, EAD cards, travel with AP, service request etc. What I needed to do was to leave a message in the case management system and got detailed and satisfactory responses in a timely manner.
Their services ranging from the free evaluation at the first day to case preparation and drafting recommendation and petition letters have exhibited high professionalism and standard. I would suggest anyone to retain them for his/her I140 and I485 case preparation.
