My EB-1A petition was finally approved after receiving an RFE (Request for Additional Evidence).

My EB2-NIW was approved on October 17, and I filed the case on July 08, 2025. I found the Chen team very professional and responsive. I would get the answers to my questions within 24 hours or less.

I choose not to use premium processing and due to USCIS's high processing volumes it takes about 19 month for my case to be approved. For the entire time period, whenever I sent any question or message regarding my case, I always got response within 24 hours. Thank you the Chen Immigration Group!
