My EB2 NIW was approved in 4 months without premium processing. While preparing and submitting the case, I have been working as a postdoc with STEM OPT. The Chem immigration team provided very professional service. They responded and answered all of my questions promptly. My case might be challenging due to lower number of citations and no more paper published during the past 3 years, but it was successfully approved without RFE. I really appreciate all their support.

The firm and especially my attorney (L.L.) were fast in their response and very attentive to every detail during the case preparation. My case was filed within two months of signing my contract.
