I worked on my NIW petition with WeGreened under regular service (approval or refile). The petition was approved after one month of submission with premium processing added after filing. The overall workflow provided by WeGreened looks very standard for an immigrant petition, and I think researchers with regular specifications could choose WeGreened.

I just got my EB2-NIW approved. Being proactive, I managed to get my packages ready to submit in 45 days. It was a great decision to sign up with Chen over the other options. To be honest, the lawyer was slow at times, but it later turned out to be really good quality work out of him, so I don't mind. I had a total of about 90 messages back and forth between me and my lawyer/team. I found them patient and professional in answering my queries. Although my lawyer/team replied to me within 24 hours, there were times when it was slightly more than 24 hours. I think if Chen can improve the response time and make it even shorter than 24 hours, it would be really amazing. Anyway, I would like to thank my lawyer and the team, and I will probably go with Chen once again when I have a good profile for EB-1A!

Chen immigration is simply the best! They have been a godsend and have been amazing with their work with my NIW case, getting it approved within 1 week of filing. I would recommend them to anyone planning on applying for an EB2-NIW visa. As my friends told me, you just cannot go wrong with Chen!! Will definitely be retaining them for all immigration purposes!!!!
