Asked Chen Immigration to prepare my EB2 NIW case. Everything was on time, questions were answered the next day, and documents were of high quality. They did ask me to write down a long personal summary about myself and my research, which could take some effort. However, this info was eventually turned into good reference letters and petition letter. After reviewing my info they told me 2 reference letters were sufficient, and reduced the fee. My I-140 NIW with premium processing was approved in a week without REF.
