If they say they will do something by a certain date, they will get it done by that date. There were no mistakes in documents they drafted. Furthermore, they found the tiniest errors that I made when filling the applications. Thy responded to all my questions promptly. The drafted letters were top notch and seemed to be done by a person who well understood biological sciences.
I loved the online case management system that made remote collaboration so much convene tent.
