I'd like to provide my highest rating to this Law Firm for facilitating the approval of my NIW (EB-2) and EB1A petitions. For a researchers and an educator applying for U.S. residency, it is a tiring journey to seek recommendation letters, draft research conducted over a decade, identify every single accomplishment, and go through the preparation of an elaborate petition (I-140). For someone from India, they may need to do it twice because getting an I-140 approval in the NIW (EB-2) category does not translate to a Green Card for more than a decade.
