It was fitting I heard the good news from them first, because they have been proactive before, during, and after the application. The NAILG are punctual but also meticulous when it comes to ensuring every detail is accurate. Their advices based on my situation were spot on. They also customize the application process to fit you needs (e.g., I was very glad when they recommended the expedited application option with fewer recommendation letters).
I retained NAILG based on recommendation from two friends. And I highly recommend them.
