I wasn't sure if applying to EB2-NIW while I am still doing my PhD would work, but it did! They told me that my profile looks good and I have a good chance of getting approved. I am really glad that I took their advice because it saved me from applying to OPT and all that hustle. My application got approved in 6 months with no REF.

Before filing my NIW I consulted with several famous law firms and NIW specialists in the U.S. In the beginning, I was skeptical about Chen due to the extremely high number of good reviews that they have...I used to think "how is it possible?" but now I understand why! Their service is TOP-NOTCH from day 1, their deadlines are clear and they stick to them, their platform is easy to use, they perform a thorough review on every single document you provide, and it is easy to contact them over the phone when needed!
In sum, they are NIW experts that stick to their word. It was a very pleasant experience hiring them for my EB2 NIW. My I-140 was submitted on November 2022, upgraded to premium processing, and approved in February 2023. Without any RFEs.
Anyone knows immigration can be stressful, so do yourself a favor and go with a trustworthy company that knows what they are doing. I was recommended Chen by 3 colleagues, and now it's my time to recommend them to others!
