Background: I have PhD, Postdoc, publications, citations, review records, several years of research experience in industry with patents. Despite these, my EB1-EA was denied in 11 years back and my EB1-OR was also denied. The experience with both of these firm were not great, and pretty mechanical process. After 2 denials, i was heart broken.
