Background: I have PhD, Postdoc, publications, citations, review records, several years of research experience in industry with patents. Despite these, my EB1-EA was denied in 11 years back and my EB1-OR was also denied. The experience with both of these firm were not great, and pretty mechanical process. I have had a wonderful experience working with WeGreen. I was a postdoc when I first filed NIW and my colleague strongly recommended this company. I did not even bother googling other companies. And it turns out, my case was more complicated than it was due to COVID but they made it. I first initiated NIW preparation with this company in 2021 January, and filed NIW in July; 3 months delayed than the actual plan due to my status change because I couldn't get my J-1 waivered before my visa expires, so I had to leave the USA when I filed NIW. and yet, I followed the instruction of WeGREEN, and their expertise and competency have never failed to save time, and make it work. When I was looking for EB2-NIW, three people from my friend networking informed me about approaching CHEN. On 27 September 2021, my I-140 was filed. Unfortunately on August 2022, I received RFE and resubmitted the additional document and justification at the end of October 2022. On December 28, 2022, It was approved. Truly speaking, I really want to appreciate CHEN for their professional work and advice. Without their support and direction, it would have been hard, if not impossible, for me to get my I-140 approval. I strongly recommend other people approach CHEN in the further ahead for a similar case.
