I reached out to Chen Immigration service for an evaluation of my profile for the EB1 category. I was extremely impressed by the level of detail in the information that they provided. They pretty much got back to my questions within 24 hours and prepared all the documents well ahead of the specified time. All staff have been very responsive and very professional in guiding the whole application procedure and they selecting the best path for my case. All documents preparation process was meticulous. I didn't have the expedited option yet and it took about 5 months getting my NIW petition approval. I'd choose to collaborate with this team as needed in the future and refer to friends.

I was approved within 5 months. While this is not up to the North America Immigration Law Group, I am convinced that the quality of the submission play a key role in my response time. The whole process took a little over a year, considering the fact that I had to put all the documents together and get the recommendation letters that the team drafted for me.
