Chen Immigration helped me draft the reference letters three years ago for my previous employer Eb1B I-140 application, and it was approved quickly via PP request. Then I changed my job last year, Chen Immigration helped me file the new Eb1B I-140 application within three months, and the second one was also approved without RFE via PP request.
