I am very pleased with the service I received from this firm. I retained this firm to file my I-140 (EB2-NIW) and found the lawyers extremely thorough and professional. The recommendation letters and the petition letter they composed were well written and they went over all my documents several times to verify everything was in order before filing.
I was hesitant when they suggested that since my case was strong enough (PhD in life sciences, with >500 citations) I only needed 2 recommendation letters (one from my current advisor and another from a Professor I've never worked with). Most of my friends who worked with other firms were asked to provide 4-6 recommendation letters, which slowed their filing process. However, Chen's lawyers were right, my I-140 was approved within 4.5 months, without an issue, with just 2 recommendation letters.
