My I-140 got approved timely. It was 7 months between the first submission and to hear back after a RFE. The RFE took longer to be submitted mostly because one of my contacts were traveling and then in vacation.
The process for preparing the package was smooth and the process got approved. I definitely recommend Chen Immigration and probably I will refer them for friends under similar situation.
