It was a 2 time payment with Chen's (1) early in the process (2) after giving your petition letter. It was a great experience. Michael took care of my application, he was nice, respectful, patient, and good on follow-ups. He will walk you through the process and if you don't understand anything. Just ask! It's a great investment for yourself to get your green card/permanent residency.
Tip: Set aside time to gather all the necessary documents Chen's team will ask. They know what they are doing. And if you are overthinking what-ifs or "am I qualified for this?" You'll save a lot of time by asking for a their free advice, just be prepared to explain your situation clearly.
