I have had experience of working with a different law firm for my last I-140 application, which has to be withdrawn due to NOID. I went with Chen's firm based on recommendations from a few friends. Based on my experience, I can definitely say that Chen's support letter was much more objective and well grounded that the earlier one. The result was that my I-140 (EB1A) application was approved within 1 month of filing. The responses to questions during case preparation were swift and to the point. I would definitely recommend for EB1/NIW.
