I got my EB1A-I140 approval on Jan 31st through WG. It took 13 months for the approval but No RFE. I worked with WG earlier for my EB2-NIW in 2022. Sharing some details here that would be helpful for others. I have a PhD with mechanical-materials science background from a reputed university and I work as a research scientist in industry. I pushed for EB1A when my citations were around 270 with 4 recommendation letters.
I have worked with two different attorneys at WG in the past 3 years. They are quick to respond and are experienced. I highly recommend them.
