I concurrently submitted my I-140 and I-485 to USCIS in the end of 2018, and I got my I-140 NIW approval in the beginning of August, 2019. Still not sure if i was working with a single person or a team. The replies to queries were consistent. Make sure you seperate your questions if you have multiple questions. Easy to respond to (i am guessing) and easy to catch if there is a missing response

Chen's attorneys take care of all document writing, only need the clients to provide basic information and technical information pertains to the clients themselves. They customizes the case documents differently for each individuals instead of using templates, and responds to inquiries within 1 day.
