I would definitely recommend Chen Immigration Associates for your green card applications. I retained their services for both EB2-NIW and EB1A applications on their suggestion. My credentials for an EB1A application were weak initially so the lawyers suggested I apply for an NIW petition to ensure an early priority date. A couple of years later, upon my lawyers review and suggestions, I was able to apply for an EB1A petition.
In the case of my NIW petition, the team at NAmILG helped me successfully work through and RFE with an extremely effective rebuttal to the adjudicating officer’s concerns. For my EB1A application, the team anticipated an RFE and were extra diligent in preparing my application. Ironically, the level of their case preparation was so good, my application was approved without RFE in 3 business days!
