Wegreened did a very good job on responding, filing the case and documenting materials. They did an excellent work understanding and presenting my research so that I only did very minor revisions of their draft. They worked very efficiently to get the case assembled. I am so glad to get the approval in two weeks.

I have never expected to receive I-140 approval of EB-2 NIW within around three months from submission to approval if I prepared documents of I-140 petition alone. If someone thinks to apply EB-1A or EB-2 NIW, I will recommend Victoria Chen Immigration & Attorney group definitely without hesitation.

I have no words to explain my sincere thanks to Victoria Chen and her team. I have a very exciting story to let it share with you. One of my friends told me that you have good credentials why don’t you apply for the green card. I told that to apply for GC we should have a best Attorney who could guide and support at all the stages. Then he suggested me Victoria Chen and said that first she would evaluate your CV and then she would suggest whether or not you are eligible to apply for GC. If her team finds you okay, they will give you a very attractive offer and they would guide you at each stages. That time I was wondered but I contacted to Chen Immigration team and I was surprised whatever my friend said it was true. They gave me very suitable guidance and I followed them. Her team worked very hard, provided all the necessary documents and gave me valuable advice, answered my questions completely and did very excellent job. My I-140 application was submitted and approved in less than two months. The firm made it sure by their extensive research, attention to the smallest detail possible and tons of supporting documents.
The application procedure was time taking but they wanted to make sure that my case was well supported and strong enough. They are very fast, responsive, professional and open to any number of questions.
Some may think that it does not make a difference which law firm they choose to prepare their case for Green Card Application but I would say choose carefully. Chen & Associates have a very strong and well qualified team and they take all the cases very seriously as I have seen in my case. Also, their approval and refund policy speaks volumes of their confidence in screening the applications and I am glad that I went their way. They are simply the best!!!
I would and have recommended Chen & Associates very strongly to my friends and peers who want to file their GC application and get positive results.
I have decided that my I-485 application will also be dealt by them as there is no faster and more professional way to do so.
