Chen and her team are by far the best in this process of immigration. They are thorough, professional, and very organized. Right from the get-go, you don't feel lost in the entire journey. There might few times where communications may have been a minor problem but they get to the solutions pretty quickly. I can't imagine going to any other firm. They are selective in picking up cases and hence they do have a great success rate. But nevertheless, it speaks to their professionalism and not just looking to do volume.
My words of recommendation will be undoubtedly for this firm if one ever thinks of an immigration process in the future.
