I received my NIW I-140 approval in 5 month without RFE. At the time of filing the application I was on F2 visa so I did not have work authorization. At the beginning I was worried because of unemployment. Chen group did a great job preparing my application. They were very responsive, organized and accurate in their work. They provided very professional service. Last year this time I could not imagine I am that close to get a green card. I highly recommend Chen group for NIW application.

I just received my EB1A I140 approval yesterday (premium processing). I had been consulting with Chen Associates informally for almost 8 months before I officially hired them. I was super impressed then itself on their prompt replies and knowledge.
What I also loved was how honest they were about the whole thing. While they can’t obviously guarantee anything, they pointed out strengths and weaknesses fairly and whether approval is likely for the different categories or not. They also guided well on what additional documentation I would need before filing EB1A I140.
I officially hired them in September 2017 and we started collecting all the necessary documents. I just loved how they stuck to the committed timeline and were so detailed about ever little aspect. I officially filed my case with premium processing on May 21st 2018 and I received an approval May 31st 2018 from TSC. Highly recommend you follow all the guidance from Chen Associates.
