When I was looking for an immigration layer to file my I-140 petition under EB2-NIW, I looked through many immigration law firms, did several evaluations. Non of them looked promising, most of them asked for lots of money and all they offered was sending the case to the USCIS.
Then, after reading very good reviews about Chen immigration law firm and looking at the success rate on the website I was convinced and sent my case for evaluation.
The instructions that I received were very clear. They prepared my petition very fast, and only minor correction was required from me.
I received RFE and they sent me a clear plan how we were going to proceed.
Responses to all my questions were fast and clear. They made me feel really confident about what they were doing.
Overall I strongly recommend anyone for their I-140 petition. I also know that couple of my friends are now working the them on my recommendations.
