I worked with the Chen Group for all my immigration applications starting from J1 waiver then moved on to the I140 NIW and later I485. J1 waiver came sooner than I expected within 2 months. The experience with I140 was great with their timely, adequate and precise responses to my queries. I experienced great guidance with my petition preparation. It took about 2 months from my first email to Victoria Chen to the submission of my petition. My I140 approval came barely 6 months later with no RFE. I would give them 10 stars if possible!!!
