I have a PhD at Material science and did about 2 years postdoc. I started my case preparation with Chen Immigration group when I was doing my postdoc. but right before filing I found an industrial job. My I-140 case is approved after about less than 4 months of filing date and I also got my EAD approval notice after 3 months of filing the I-485 case. My case got approved after about 3.5 months at the Texas service center. I am very happy with the result and the service provided by the Chen immigration team. They drafted 6 recommendation letters and knew exactly what to emphasize on in the recommendation letters. They are very meticulous with the forms and careful not to make any mistake that can result in an RFE. I had a fantastic experience with them and I have already recommended them and will continue recommending them to my friends. I have a lot of gratitude for what Chen immigration did for me and now I see myself closer to seeing my family in Iran after 8+ years. My very best to you.
