I got my NIW approval without any RFEs thanks to the complete application put together by the Chen team. My questions were answered in a timely manner and overall I was happy with the Chen team. My only advice to the clients is to read through the reference and petition letters carefully and make edits wherever you felt the research/project descriptions are too technical for a USCIS officer or not completely correct. Most of us have highly specialized fields and no matter how much time you spend on your summary of contributions document, your attorney might not fully understand your contribution or make minor mistakes in rephrasing your projects.

1. You'll probably have to be fairly qualified in order to make the "pass or return" policy.
2. Depending on your major and expertise, you may need to put quite some work on the accuracy of your contributions to scientific merits. I believe this is the keys to the case of your success.
